Why are you only offering partial support for non-Dell Axim Pocket PCs?

• Unfortunately, not all Pocket PCs are alike at the hardware level. The Education IT owns Dell Axim Pocket PCs and has intimate knowledge of them. We also have a working relationship with Dell technical support which we do not have with other manufacturers. We do not have experience with non-Dell Pocket PCs. Troubleshooting advanced Pocket PC problems can involve extensive research, driver updates, firmware updates, and sometimes hardware repair. To make support of Pocket PCs possible and manageable, our team has had to narrow our focus to Pocket PCs that we know.
