Why are you continue to promote the eco town when opposers such as BARD continue to campaign against it?
There are in fact a range of local supporters for the Middle Quinton eco town, including local people trying to get on the housing ladder or wanting a new home or those needing affordable housing. Much of the opposition has been based on misconceptions of the proposals. For example we will not be building 6,000 homes at Middle Quinton all at once. The development will be phased over 12 years.
