Why are white men and black men attracted to different body types?
I don’t think you can generalize because some white men like thicker women and some black men like thinner girls. But most black women, even if they aren’t thick, do tend to be more curvy – everywhere. White women generally are not built that way – they are curvy, but less so. While the demographic for both of those magazines are men, the types of women that are featured generall possess certain body types. Because most men are at least attracted to women who are of there own race (in addition to other races), it follows that a lot of white men would buy Maxim and a lot of black men would buy King. But I think a high percentage of men of both races would find at least some of the women in both magazines physically attractive. I’m sure there are magazines that feature women who are very thin or who are very overweight – and I’m sure there are men who like that too. People like what they like.
