Why are wells with double-welded construction better than other types of wells?
Thermowells made with double-welded construction are much better at withstanding high-pressure environments. They are less prone to cracking along the metal or ceramic tub. Double welded construction also makes thermowells less likely to have problems with corrosion along crevices and other areas of the protection tube.
