Why are Virtual Home Makeovers typically less expensive than other renderings?
While our target markets are primarily those of architecture, commercial property development and interior design—real estate professionals and homeowners are also frequently challenged by very similar concerns. Unlike architects, contractors, or design professionals, however, Realtors and homeowners tend not to require such exact specifications. Hence, our Virtual Home Makeovers are intended merely to provide our clients with the strategic advantage of an informative &/or provocative visual aid, thus allowing that client to preview and contemplate a certain home’s potential in the context of a classic before & after comparison. Homes with relatively complex interiors, such as those with cathedral or vaulted ceilings, custom designed staircases, or elaborate fireplaces for example, do in fact cost more to render simply because they demand more time to develop and hence complete. That being said, however, we will bend over backward to remain competitively priced.
