Why are videos rated Basic, Moderate and Advanced?
iSoccer sessions are designed to make training challenging and fun regardless of your age or ability. They also offer a progression as denoted by the video ratings of Basic, Moderate and Advanced. The video ratings work in conjunction with your technical development and iSoccer Level. Players with an iSoccer Level of White will primarily focus on basic skills, while a Red or Black level player will be challenged by the advanced videos.
