Why are users allowed to post links to Hacking/virus sites. Why doesnt yahoo stop this happening?
I find it amazing that anyone is still unaware of the work that has been and still is being done on this subject. There are many users who have been searching out and reporting these malware posters for weeks now. If you go to the forum and read the thread on malware and spam you will see how much time and effort some people have invested to keep us all safe. At the end of the day it’s our responsibility to ensure we are up to date with anti spyware anti virus, firewall and O/S. If in doubt do not click on a link. Be careful and be safe.
I think you will find all the home page sites like yahoo; msn.com; aol etc don’t really care that much about our problems. they expect us to do our own policing & as long as the AD bucks keep rolling in they are happy. Haven’t you notice how the graphics in ads slow down the opening of a page; MSN being the worst of any I think. I changed from them to Yahoo & just this morning I had goofy crap running acrossed the screen from an ad.Money Money Money is what they care about.the coodinators of msn tech chats are a joke the have a guy there with 20 aliases causing trouble all the time.
