Why are user folders deleted at the end of each semester?

Data is deleted in order to conserve valuable hard disk storage space on the server and to purge unused accounts. If you would like to preserve your user folder data, you must make a formal request to the Lab Administrator by sending an email to cfalab@bu.edu.
