Why are Uptown Hounds check-in and check-out times so unique?
Our rates are based upon a 24-hour period of time. Our convenient 24-hour policy accommodates your schedule by allowing you to customize your drop off and pick up times without incurring additional charges (i.e. Drop-off at 6:00pm on Friday and Pick-up by 6:00pm on Sunday equates to a two day charge). Reception hours are 10:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Saturday and 12:00pm to 8:00pm Sunday, unless otherwise stated. Check-in is available during all reception hours. We respectfully request customers to allow 20 minutes at first check-in and arrive 30 minutes prior to closing time for check-outs. Identification confirmation is required at check-out.
