Why are track days so expensive?
The cost of hosting a track day far exceeds the cost of just renting the track. For example: The expense of insurance, ambulance, corner workers, security, instructors, travel, and other staff all must be provided for. Beware of “cheap” track days organized by private individuals! They are able to offer such a cheap price because they are skimping on safety items.
