Why are they two types of questions Old ECDL and New ECDL? What is the difference?
From March 2007, our new ECDL handbooks now reflect real ECDL assignment by having pictures and multiple choice questions – as opposed to the old ones which were True/False. In November 2007, all the old ECDL will be removed. If you are in doubt which version you need to answer, just consult your ECDL handbook. If you see version 5.01 in the footnote, then you should answer the old ECDL and if you want you can practice on the New ones. If you see version 5.02 in the footnote, then really you should do the New ECDL.
