Why are there two websites for Citizens Bank & Trust?

0

Citizens Bank & Trust continues to operate the original Columbian Bank & Trust website so online clients maintain their regular access. Only minor changes have been made to that website, mostly renaming it following the acquisition. What does it mean when I see Citizens Bank & Trust – Kansas, or CBT-Mo? These are temporary designations to help clients from both banks understand which branches or services are available for existing account activity. If you were a client of the former Columbian Bank & Trust, your branches are designated as Citizens Bank & Trust – Kansas or CBT-Ks. (Sorry about that Lee’s Summit, but it’s only temporary!) Once we have completed preparations to allow all clients to conduct business at all branches, the designation will not be meaningful to our clients.
