Why are there two download options for mobile phones?

For films under 1 minute in duration we offer users the option to download directly to their mobile phone via our mobile site. If your film is more than 1 minute long the option to download via the mobile site will not be offered to users. For all films we offer users the option to download to their PC and transfer to their mobile phone via cable, IR, Bluetooth or memory card.
