Why are there two different bodies considering applications?
The Special Reward Panel is responsible for all of the College’s locally determined non-contractual pay arrangements, and will determine whether there is a financial case for all the applications received. The Redundancy Committee will consider applications specifically from the academic community, as required by the College’s Statutes.
