Why are there three paths through Energy Diamond Coaching?
The participant has a choice in how mastery is gained for all resources and abilities. He can either complete development of each in turn and when he has completed all of them and his own potential he may then go on to help others do the same. Alternatively he may master one set of resources and abilities and then immediately help others master them too, before he moves on to master the next domain. The third way is to develop resources and abilities that support one another so that the fastest and most productive path is followed for the benefit of the individual’s growth while helping contribute to modern civilised society. The third way is the way many people in modern times and Westernised world choose to pursue because it is the most convenient but remains just as challenging and rewarding.
