• Nutrition or Weight Management Option – For those who want to focus on nutrition or weight management. • Physical Activity 3 Days/Week Option – For those who are ready to be physically active a minimum of 30 minutes a day, three days a week. • Logging-Free Physical Activity Option – For those who engage in regular physical activity and want an alternative to logging, as well as personalized guidance from fitness professionals either online or over the phone.
