Why are there three different categories (Achievement, Satisfaction and Operational) of goals?

0

The three different categories – Student Achievement, Principal Satisfaction, and Operational – represent the collective work of DOE managers. Achievement and Satisfaction goals and targets are set by the Chancellor and apply to all DOE employees, regardless of their functional roles or divisions. The results of the Achievement and Satisfaction targets are provided by the Chancellor’s Office and the Office of Accountability. Operational goals are individual goals set by individual employees in alignment with the Chancellor’s Priorities. For more information about each of these categories, please click here.
