Why are there so few “seasonal sites” for long term or extended stay camping? How can I get a site for my family to use every weekend, all summer long?
We limit the number of seasonal sites because we are very select in accepting seasonal or extended stay campers. They willingly adhere to strict site care standards and regulations regarding the use of golf cars, visitor access to their sites and ages and conditions of their RVs. We do not automatically renew leases year after year. If you are interested in becoming a seasonal camper you must complete an application that requires references. Please accept that we do not keep a waiting list. Sites do open every year, but they are in high demand and tend to fill quickly. Ask to see a lease, and our Seasonal Camping Guidelines. Visit the campground and talk with seasonal families. If we are the right match for you, we will do all we can to make a site available for your family. Check out the section Extended Stay Camping, Seasonal Sites for more information.
