Why are there so few impact craters left on the Earth compared to the other Planets?

The earth gets (got) hit just as much as the other planets. The natural forces that cause erosion erase the evidence on earth much quicker than say the moon. Having said that, you’re going to have a heck of a time finding a crater on one of the gas giants!!

Tectonic plates and erosion have distorted or erased most impact craters from the Earth’s crust.
