A28: As a result of the vision waiver program a functional assessment protocol was developed. At this time, MTO is pilot testing the protocol with locations in six existing centres. It is the ministry’s intention to release a Request for Qualifications for Driver Assessment Centres to deliver driving evaluations across the province.
