The Board uses a professional examination service (AMP) to conduct the examination. To be scheduled to take the examination, you must submit an examination fee and examination scheduling form to AMP. A fee is set to cover the cost of each activity. The application form and fee must be received by the board office at least 60 days before your first examination.
