This problem arises because townland names are used in rural Fermanagh rather than the postcodes that are used for address matching on the EPC Registers. Where an Energy Assessor (EA) cannot lodge a Fermanagh EPC because the address cannot be matched the EA should request an address to be added using the Register website.
