Why are there only three members of Nexus announced for DLC so far?

When the roster and first batches of DLC were finalized, they had no way of knowing that Nexus was going to happen, or that it would be as popular as it evidently seems to be with some people. It should also be noted that these characters were selected because they were the three finalists on season one of NXT, so they may not actually have their Nexus attires.
