SBA requirements are not applicable to the TSP because the funds are being awarded in the form of a grant and not via a federal contract subject to Federal Acquisition Rules (FAR). It is important to note, however, that the SAI applicant Cost-Share under this program is less for smaller operations (i.e. those with 10 or less tractors) than it is for larger operations. For further information regarding Cost-Share requirements, please review the Grant Guidance which is available on TSA’s website at www.tsa.gov/grants.
