I don’t know about English or American Indian places, but I do know that black Americans are well represented in American cuisine. Here in Atlanta, we have many down home cooking joints, most of them mix the white and black heritage. One thing you can get good ole boys and brothers to agree on is food. Stuff like barbecue ribs, collard greens, grits, corn bread, etc; all borrow heavily, if not dominated, from the black influence. But we have particular places that specifically feature “Soul” food. We even have a soul-vegetarian joint. As far as the American Indian places, I’ve never seen one either. However, the Indians did cultivate things like corn, tomatoes, and potatoes before anyone else. In that respect, you could say that many ethnic foods would be far different without the American Indian. Think about Italian food without the tomato sauce, a good Southern dish without grits, or that steak without the potato. As far as I can tell with the English, there are Irish or English pubs
