Companies recruiting finance and accounting majors generally have more formalized recruiting programs than other majors. This is because accounting companies can hire hundreds of students each year. Marketing and HR positions are slightly harder to come by and each company only has a limited amount of opportunites in these areas available. You need to search through each position to see if there is responsibilities of the positions that are along your interets and strengths.
