Why are there negative reports about NCLB?

They include the labeling of failing schools in spite of improvement, lowered standards, which allow for higher test scores, and ignored affluent and suburban schoolchildren. The website also accuses NCLB of fake results, demoralizing good teachers and pushing out failing students to improve tests scores.
