Why are there multiple pro-rated lines in my Single Bill for my Cable TV and MaxOnline subscriptions but not for my Mobile subscription?
The Cable TV and/or MaxOnline subscriptions are pro-rated because the monthly billing period of the Cable TV services differ from the Mobile service. The Single Bill account is tied to your nominated Mobile account. Please note that the pro-rated lines for your Cable TV and MaxOnline subscriptions will only appear once after you activate your StarHub Single Bill. Subsequent bills will be based on monthly charges as what you see in your previous Cable bills. All billing practices, including billing periods, specific to the Mobile services will apply.
