Why are there multiple levels of Program Outcomes in C-MAP?

0

C-MAP allows a curriculum to contain levels of program outcomes (PN – one level; ADN – 2 levels; ADN Plus – 2 levels; BSN – 4 levels). The number of levels of outcomes in a curriculum is most commonly consistent with the number of years in the program. Some programs level their curriculum by semester/quarter/term and others by year. Program outcomes for the final semester/quarter/term/ year, are typically referred to as the terminal outcomes for the program.
