Why are there idea duplicates? Why did the same idea win a round twice?
Each time a new version of an idea is posted, it becomes an entirely new idea, eligible for endorsements in its own right. We encourage ARC Community Members to “Improve” ideas to make them more compelling, practical, original, or to have a greater impact. Someone may have modified an idea but kept the same title, so it appears the same, but it is actually different. You can see the thread of versions of each idea in the lower right column on each idea page.
