There is no difference between price levels other than the amount of money. The whole event is open to anyone who has a ticket, no matter what the price level. We try to offer price levels for those with lower income, while also covering basic costs. Folks who really need the lower level tickets should prepare ahead of time and go for those and people who have the means to afford $210 or more for a ticket should buy those.
