WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS FOR DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS?
There are certain requirements that FLM must adhere to by law, such as background checks for all Children’s ministry volunteers and Security. There are special requirements for the Music Ministry as well that are only applicable to that department due to the necessary functions of that department. You may find out more from the Department Head or Coordinator of those departments as to how you can become involved.
