Why are there additional charges for HomeTour 360° Virtual Tours in certain areas?
Certain areas fall outside of our primary coverage area and therefore require additional travel time and expense. At the time that the specific listing is submitted for a tour to be created, we will notify you if any additional coverage charges will apply PRIOR to the appointment being set. These additional charges only apply to the full-service program.
