Why are there 3 Sailor Moon titles (Sailor Moon; Sailor Moon SuperS; Sailor Moon Stars) out there?

Mixx originally put the series Sailor Moon in it’s manga magazine Mixxzine. Shortly afterwards, it went through a number of changes. First, Sailor Moon was no longer published in Mixxzine, but rather as individual comic issues (which is why comic issue #1 is not the first act of the manga), and Mixx eventually brought them out under their new Tokyopop name. Then, when the Sailor Moon series was in it’s second story arc (Black Moon), Mixx decided to bring out a new magazine, titled Smile, that contained shoujo (girls) manga, and obviously wanted to include their popular Sailor Moon series. So, they decided to start it out with the fourth story arc (Dream) and call it Sailor Moon SuperS, I will assume after the anime season of the same name. Then, there were 2 series being published simultaneously. After SuperS/Dream arc ended, Sailor Moon was going into it’s next story arc (Eternity) so they continued SM in Smile with the final story arc (Stars), but since it was no longer SuperS, they
