Why are the telecourse session dates different from the meeting dates?
If you are looking at your telecourse listing in the class schedule, you may notice that under the “DATES” column you see something like “8/23-12/22” but then in the schedule notes you see “on-campus meetings: Thursdays….Sep 9; Oct 7, 28; Nov 18; Dec 9.” Just go by the specific meeting dates listed in the class schedule (may be different for each telecourse). The session dates are a generic listing that may not match the specific dates exactly. The first meeting is crucial (and all are required), so be sure to attend. You can also contact the instructor.
