To make the initial shipment to you, we bear the cost of shipping and handling. This cannot be refunded. We always do our best to provide quality service to our customers. However in the case where a customer is not satisfied with our product we provide a “No Questions Asked” refund. Therefore, please consider carefully before bidding on an item.
