Connexion establishes a contract with your Developer/Home Owners Association who realizes the value of a fiber optic network within a community and contracted with Connexion when the community was being constructed. This contract allows Connexion to arrange for the delivery of communication services through their fiber optic infrastructure into the community. This means, services can be billed into the Home Owners Association dues, which offers you an approximately 30% lower rate than the local services providers (i.e. Time Warner, Comcast, Brighthouse, Bellsouth, Sprint, Verizon, etc.
