Sometimes the market price of a holding displayed in Quicken/Money will be different from what is displayed in WebBroker. This most commonly occurs when you are holding a U.S. dollar denominated security in a Cdn dollar denominated account (or vice versa). While WebBroker displays the security price in the native currency, Quicken and Money calculate the price based on the currency of the account. As a result, the price is converted to the currency of the account to accommodate. Both Quicken and Money will take the market value of the position and re-calculate the price based on the quantity of the security you hold in your account.
