Why Are the Polar Ice Caps Melting Where Greenhouse Gasses are the Thinnest?

We have been told about and shown pictures of the polar ice caps melting. We have been told that the polar bears are in danger and that low-lying areas are going to flood. We have been told that there is an urgency that requires extreme actions. This has all been offered as validation of the CO2/Greenhouse Gas/Global Warming Theory. A quick look at science. First, 95 percent of greenhouse gas is water vapor. CO2 makes up less than .05 percent of our atmosphere and man’s contribution is less than 10 percent or .005 percent of the atmosphere. (That’s a nickel up against a $1,000 bill). The majority of all greenhouse gas, including CO2, comes from the oceans. Oceans make up 78 percent of the planet and populated area about 11 percent. The oceans exhale greenhouse gas when they get hot and inhale when they cool. Second, all Greenhouse Gasses are in the Troposphere.
