Why are the pay support materials for governors and head teachers not yet available?
Publication of this new material is on hold until we know the outcomes from the School Teacher’s Review Body (STRB), who are reporting earlier than usual this year. We will produce materials which are more helpful having had the benefit of the STRB’s consideration of Threshold and Upper Pay Scale issues.
