Why are the other users no longer receiving emails once I have set up a payment that is awaiting secondary authorisation?
Users will only receive an e-mail notifying them that there is a transaction which requires their secondary authorisation if they have logged in and checked their secure mailbox since they last received a message. To reactivate the receipt of e-mails the user needs to access their secure online CAF Bank inbox by clicking on the flashing envelope on the online home page once logged in.
