The market rates window operates as a java applet. Please make sure you have a java enabled Windows Explorer or Netscape Navigator. To install java software, please contact your system vendor/service provider, or if you are experienced in installation of software, purchase a software CD in this respect. Please check your Internet connection, pc operating system and software for errors before contacting us.
