Mainly to do with their form of government…. when Russians are young there are programs that determine what they would be best at…so there are many young female tennis players who have the talent but maybe not the money…but no worries if you’re good enough the government will pay for your training also they have a great work ethic… The only thing a russian can’t do is win a GS final against someone who is not from Russia (excluding a Westernized Maria Sharapova) Besides Sharapova….
