Why are the Kinetic Comfort Heel Pads sold in PAIRS and the other Adjust A Lift Family products sold by EACH?
Because the Kinetic Comfort Heel Pads are for comfort and not a specific medical problem. Using on only one side then creates a leg-length discrepancy. The Adjust A Lift is mainly used for leg-length discrepancy so naturally would only be used on one side to even the legs. The White Wedges are sold by EACH because the medical problem they are most used for also makes them sometimes needed on only one side. The Full Sole Insert is often used WITH the Adjust A Lift so is then only needed on one side.
