Why are the key HH Design Team Professionals not local?
All of the team positions went out to public bid four years ago and were advertised in prominent construction periodicals. We also personally contacted many local contractors who were of sufficient size. At the time, construction work was plentiful with the construction of larger, more expensive homes. In all of the responses we received for all of the Professional Disciplines, White Mountain Survey was the only local one! We were deeply torn at the time as we highly regard Mr. Rines and the work he does in our area. However, mindful this was our first endeavor, the board selected NOBIS engineering.
