Why are the items in the General Catalog so inexpensive?
We base our prices on a number of factors—supply, or our ability to keep an item in stock, being one. In most instances, we include an item in the General Catalog either because we are able to maintain a supply, or because we expect to be able to replace our supply as it sells. This is reflected in our pricing strategy, which is to make these items available to the greatest number of customers at the lowest possible prices.
