Why are the incentive maximums defined by company for each building type?
Our goal here at Climate Change Central is to ensure that the maximum number of companies is able to participate in the program. There are some large building owners/property management firms that could easily secure all the funding for some key projects in large buildings. By setting corporate maximums more participants can take advantage of the financial incentives.
