Why are the costs per square foot so much more for a New Tampa Executive Suite then traditional office space?
With IntelliSpace Solutions there is shared office space in addition to the space in the office, including access to the additional 12,000 square feet of the conference rooms, reception area, lobby, break rooms, and client services area. This additional square footage would have to be paid for in a traditional office. So, while the price per square foot may seem a little bit higher for the actual office, the total cost in considerably lower for the amount of office space that can be accessed and used.
