Why are the autoclave bags wet after a cycle? How does the Statim dry them?

Bags remain wet for several reasons, first and foremost is the overloading of a machine. The next reason is because the inside of a cassette has not been properly cleaned and Stat-Dry applied. The Statim dries bags by circulating air through the warm but now dry boiler and through the cassette and out into the discharge bottle. The Statim 5000 has optional drying plates that act as a heat sink and also prevent the operator from overloading the cassette with bags. These drying plates enhance the Statim 5000 drying performance.
