Why are the assessments different when viewed in the Marathon County Land Records System verses the City of Wausau Assessment System?
On the City of Wausau Assessment website the assessments will be shown as either “Finalized 2004 Assessments” or “Preliminary 2004 Assessments” in the upper portion of the screen. When the City of Wausau Assessment website shows “Finalized 2004 Assessments”, the assessments will be the same on both systems.
